How to make a return
- 01Write to info@narghita.it indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
- 02We will get back to you within 24 hours with return shipping instructions (warehouse address and recommended method).
- 03Ship the parcel by courier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty or our mistake.
- 04Once we have received and checked the parcel, we process the refund within 14 days on the original payment method.
Non-returnable products
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened personal mouthpieces and disposable items
- Opened charcoal
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
Defective or damaged product
If the parcel arrives damaged or the product does not work, write to us now (within 7 days of delivery) enclosing photos. We will replace the product or refund the full amount including shipping costs.
