During checkout “standard” shipping via courier is provided, our store only relies on the most popular shipping companies to get your hookahs and accessories in a short time, with no surprises and most importantly safe! We rely on shippers such as DHL Express and UPS.
At the checkout stage, there is also a pickup mode at our store in Milan at the following address: via lazzaro palazzi, Corso Buenos Aires, 5, 20124 Milan MI, Italy. Pickup times are the same as the store opening times found on the Google Maps link: Link
- Goods packing and shipping times.
Goods are shipped the day after the order is placed; if the order is received by 12:00 noon on the business day instead, it may be shipped the same day depending on in-stock availability. Once the courier company is entrusted with the goods, they are responsible for the delivery time based on their logistics.
On average from the time of order, packages are received in about 24-48h.
- Receipt of goods.
Delivery rules and times depend on the shipper’s company, the same goes for delivery attempts and hold if the shipper has found no one to deliver to at the address given. If the goods have arrived damaged the first thing to do is to document it with photos or video as soon as possible, once done contact us on one of our contact details found on the “Contact” (you can also contact us via Whatsapp or social channels) and we will find a solution according to your needs.
Narghita also sends packages (hookah, accessories, etc.) to the United States of America, UK, UAE and other non-European countries. with the cost of shipping that you find in the checkout does not include customs taxes which depend on the country and the laws of the recipient’s country
Free shipping is provided only when the cart reaches a minimum value of €60.00 (value of products including taxes)
The courier used for free shipping is“InPost” which uses a “locker” delivery system.
Once you place your order, the courier will choose the “locker” or delivery point closest to the address you indicated during the order process.
